1. Raw Material Procurement: Purchasing manager in charge of raw material with 10 years experience, he has unique method to test material property to keep foil quality from origin.
2. Rolling Process: Avoid any bad factors that will be influence the foil surface quality by clearing each roller, controlling roller roughness, improving purity of rolling oil, decreasing oil viscosity and balancing machinery running speed.
3. Cutting: Adjust cutter up and down into most suitable distance and clean them before cutting to keep the foil edge in regular without uneven shape, and foil surface no scratch.
4. Annealing: Annealing time and temperature is strictly controlled according customers' requirement on foil performance so that oil can be cleaned thoroughly.
5. Testing: pre-production inspection, in-line inspection and final inspection to keep finished products meets every client's needs.
